Insurance

I am currently in the process of becoming "In Network" with small handful of insurance carriers. I am now approved by Cigna, but still in-process with Aetna, MHN/Tricare, and UBH/Optum. I cannot guarantee when the remaining carriers will finalize their processes.

Another option that many clients choose is to seek "Out of Network Provider" reimbursement directly from the insurance company. To see if this is a benefit your carrier provides, contact them directly to see if this is available and what level of reimbursement they offer.

One factor to consider is that not having to bill insurance directly allows me to provide a greater variety of services to a greater variety of people without the limitations insurance companies often impose on treatment.

Sliding Scale

Reduced fee services are available based on financial need on a limited basis.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a no-show charge in the amount of the fee established for the scheduled session. The exception to this policy is sudden illness or family emergency. Prompt notification of reason for the missed session is appreciated in these cases to avoid no-show charges being added to your account.
